UFO details report: Sept 27 2015. Time if sighting 530 pm.driving from east end of Ottawa on Queensway to west end and out on the 416 toward Kingston. My 14 yr old daughter saw a bright object off to the right of the road. We watched it for about 25 mins or more. It looked like it was falling. There was a vapor trail behind it so I thought it was a meteor at first but once it stopped falling and just sort of hovered above the tree line and no longer had a vapor trail. I should state that the vapor trail was not like that from a plane it was more like when you look over hot coals and the air above them is distorted. We lost sight of it just shortly after we got on the 416. I have no idea what it was exactly we saw but I would like to.
