The witness writes:

I seen something weird on Friday Sept 7th. I was going south on the 427 , I had just passed the airport, probable about 4-5 k's past. I did see a plane coming my way is what made me look in the sky, then off to the east was a small round blackish looking thing just whipping through the sky at phenomenal speeds, way to fast to be a commercial airliner. It was moving in a straight line, and remember at the beginning my head was turned to the left, so near the end of the sighting my head was turned to the right. It moved from left to right in a matter of 5 seconds, then it came to an almost complete stop and then did like a bounce movement. It maneuvered almost like a remote control model plane, but no wings, smoke or any signs to give a clue of what it might have been. It did almost seem to get smaller, probably moving away, I did have to take my eyes off it since I was driving"
