"It is 8:03 pm on 03 Oct 2010. I am in Barrie, Ontario. There is a flickering light in the western sky, 20 degrees above the horizon. It appears to be white, with red and green or blue lights flickering next to it. It appears to be aircraft position lights, but there is no movement relative to anything else in the sky, and it does not appear to be approaching or receding. I have just realized that it would be approximately above Base Borden, or perhaps a little north of there. It could be a helicopter, but it is very steady."
