Barrie Ontario June 5th 2009 10:15pm approx.
"I live in Barrie ON. Last night (June 5/09) I saw the same thing I saw last year... I thought I was crazy but this just proved it... I like to see the constellations and therefore am on my deck fairly often looking up...I looked up in the sky (facing northwest and just as I looked - it almost looked like a bright orange light turing off).. thought nothing of it... Something caught my eye behind me..Then I looked up facing eastwards... and a bright twinkle caught my attention... object was bright white light... looks like a plane but then suddenly moved higher in altitude... not how a plane moves - no sound - no plane lights (red/etc). Then almost disappeared in the night sky (which was very clear with a bright moon)... then this faint object did a "s" pattern in the sky.. then disappeared.I noticed a low flying charter plane pass by.... was this ufo scared off by the plane??? did i really see this thing?? I would appreciate others in the Barrie and surrounding areas to post their experiences anywhere... so people like me wont feel crazy! ...last year - watching the sky north towards Orillia ... looked like a low-flying cesna... but it was 11:30pm.. bright white light coming towards my subdivision... then all of a sudden the light darted eastward and up... very fast then the light disappeared. Even a jet that travels fast cannot disappear into the sky... i mean i saw the stars next to it!... very weird and scary!"
