Ottawa ON                 

February 13th

Observed bright flashing white light with smaller red light. Seemed larger than an aircraft strobe light. Location south west of Ottawa just south west of Barrhaven.

The light was not following the regular approach to the airport which can be seen from my location. It moved slowly and then suddenly jumped to a new position and hovered. The sudden movement was faster than any aircraft. The movements repeated several times in different directions and then the light slowly went off to the south west.
