On Our Roof Top Patio Looking Towards The CN Tower From jarvis And Carlton  I had a Direct View Of The Floating Object In The Sky And It was Not a Helicopter for a Few Min's I was looking at it thought is might of been a Plane coming in from that Direction Gonna Land But it stayed In The Spot I went Into My Apartment To Get My Binoculars , Came Running back out to see if it was sure enough it was,It was getting brighter and Brighter.Every Couple of Night's it goes to the same spot a few feet to the right but roughly in the same spot every few days around this time until it get's to day Light I go out on my Deck cause i don't smoke in my apartment. i go out side.between 2:00am and 5 :00am It does get brighter then dims but at the Level  and size to see it it's not a low orbiting satilite either I've checked. 2 weeks before this the same time we had a wicked storm come up on a clear 31 degree night as fast as the storm came up it was gone the Object in the shy speed off upwards and kept going at a fast speed i was not the only who had seen this but no legal personal has checked into this.each time this Object come into our veiwing area where we can see the clowds come up there is a fast brush of wind then it's gone as fast as it came,it makes me more curious to find out what it is and with our Satiltes today and equipment, and No One has documented this once twice i could understand but it comes in a bit closers to that spot each time .
