UFO Details Report: I was outside at 10:00 pm, just happened to look up. Just beneath the tail of the big dipper appeared a silent triangularish shaped object with edges that were glowing very dimly.

It was very low, and since It was dark outside and within city limits, I could not make out much physical details. However, this object was moving extremely fast, completely silent and heading east.

It took about 5 seconds for it to come into view and exit my view over top of the houses across the street. Perhaps a kilometer or 2 in the sky. Sounds like another report I read on here from Sault Ste Marie.
