UFO details report: Just seen an bright orange light the size of a lightbulb slowly moving from the south west to North eat at 10:21 pm roughly over the broad view park on 13 street in Cornwall Ontario. Then the orange light dimmed turned to red for a brief second then headed west and then vanished quickly! What is this???
