Pickering December 2012 UFO Report (exact date not specified)

ufo details report: I was heading to the store and was looking West and noticed object coming low in altitude towards me and did not notice any of the usual lights from aircraft the fly over the area. Usually either the Durham Police Helicopter or Orange Air Ambulance.I thought it might have been one of the helicopters but as it got closer I realized it wasn't. So I stopped walking and was stationary on the middle of Annland Street less than a mile away from the Pickering Nuclear Generating Station. I watched this thing fly right over my head at a low altitude, the closest I have even been to a UFO before. It went about as fast as World War 2 fighters combat speed would be and flew in a straight line from West to East with a slight Southern direction. It had 4 red lights
