Norwood Ontario May 1st 2015 7pm
UFO details report: I was walking my dogs about 7pm , either May 01 or April 30/2015 in the pit behind our home..under hydro towers and I looked up at the sky as it was so beautiful.a pinkish color and all of a sudden there was a green orb. I blinked and it was gone. I stood there for about 5 minutes tying to see it again but it did not reappear. Also awhile back at night time maybe three in the morning I looked out my front window and saw this big green round thing..like the size of the moon falling fast..I ran to get my camera and it was gone. I listened to the news to see if anyone reported this but heard nothing about this..this was south of my house.
Described further as: "it was a beautiful color green. not a dark green but luminous green."
And in follow-up correspondence the witness adds: "Even if i had my camera on me i would not have be able to take a picture, it disappeared so fast. It did not seem to fly away but just disappeared. And not sure about the distance as one seemed bigger then the other.
The one in front of my house i would have thought it was the moon falling only it was green , don't know how far away it was. No noise but i was in the house with the windows closed and i had the tv on..and it must have been at least a mile away. So this is the first time i saw it..one looked so much bigger then the second one i saw..
Now there were a few clouds when i was in the gravel pit and saw something..maybe it went into the cloud. I stood there for awhile to see if i could see it again but i didn't.
I was sure i would have heard something about the first one i saw. I turned the TV on to see if there was anything on the news but did not hear anything. Its strange because most of the time i have heard about ufos they are reported as being red or orange, the one i saw was green."
Update May 4th 2015
The witness has indicated her experiences are similar to the "Green Orb" experienced in 1966 in NY and is now more confident it was May 1st 7pm I had asked about the dogs reaction and just prior to the sighting; "My dogs ran up the hill i thought they had picked up the scent if some animal as they held their nose in the air."
