UFO details report: Yesterday night around 10:15pm, I  was standing in my balcony on second floor of my apartment, near Hwy 5 and Hwy 10, and showing my little daughter stars as usual. But the weather was cloudy and sky seemed little misty and hazy. I could see some stars but not clearly and observed some lights, maybe about 6-8, revolving in a way that appeared like a spiral. The lights seemed behind the clouds, looking like light from behind a semi-transparent curtain. They kept revolving for about 20 minutes and disappeared and sky was also clear after that. The lights were consistent, not flashing, just revolving.I tried to take a picture and video but wasn't successful.
