UFO details report: In Ottawa Ontario at my local garage getting some work done on my car. Looking up at the sky while standing just outside of the car bay. Thought it was a plane at first making a turn and catching the light but the light then would flash and moved in one way then another, we then thought it looked like it was falling, then not, so? It was very far away but looked like a fuselage of a plane but never could see any wings. Three others saw it too. Got a video on my old flip phone but can't see it. The video is about 10 seconds long. Object just faded from view.
