Ottawa Ontario May 6th 2013 12.

"Flying object, not too fast but faster than a plane. Closer to the ground than planes and did not make any loud sounds like a helicopter or plane. Flashing blue red green and white lights. Flown over my suburb N neighborhood four times. And seen around the same time last year."
