ufo details report: I had finished work and was on my balcony looking over the football field of Victoria Park S.S.. The sky was blue and there was maybe 4-5 small clouds going from NW-SE. A nice July evening.Suddenly travelling NE-SW direction threw the clouds there appeared a cylinder, brown in colour, no lights, no sound,no trail, altitude at the very most 2000 ft. The craft was attempting to cloke. The object looked like it was pulsating as it was trying to clock.The craft increased elevation and slowly disappeared.
