Toronto ON                

March 19th 9pm.

I saw a craft which had four lights on it. Two of them were odd blinking lights. It was zooming by and it looked like just a blur. I saw it two hours ago, 9:00 o'clock when I went out for a smoke. I've been sitting outside since. I live in Toronto and I saw it heading south towards United States. It was flying extremely low and really quiet.

At first I thought it was some kind of bomber or something. But it slowed down, then took off completely. It didn't make any noise and that's what scared me. It could be nothing but I've hearing reports on news stations in America that lots of people are seeing something similar so I have decided to report this. Thank you.
