UFO details report: Just had an interesting wake-up call.  About 0445 hrs this morning my wife and I observed a very bright blinking light from outside of our house. It was spaced at about 1 second intervals. Thinking it was our elderly neighbour being taken by ambulance I went outside and observed the flashing was not from an emergency vehicle but from the sky. The temperature was 70 degrees, the sky was clear.

There was a bit of sheet lightning in the eastern sky but quite dim. At a compass heading of about 90 degrees and an elevation of about 30 degrees I observed a very bright light in the eastern sky.  I brought my wifes Samsung cell phone out and was taking a video.  A few seconds into the video the light dimmed and went out,  as I was about to stop the video and go back into the house the light turned on again.  There were no clouds which could have covered it. I have a short video of the event but when compressed for sending it loses a lot of clarity and definition. Would like to send you a copy if I can figure out how to get it to you in higher resolution.

Earlier this June when I was attending the Snowbirds Air Show in Fort Frances I captured an anomaly behind the flight line.  There was nothing visible to the naked eye but it appeared in the photo.  The planes were fired up preparing for flight and there were no birds in the vicinity.  It was a no fly zone for the performance so that ruled out any aircraft.  My daughter works at the airport and advised me they no longer launch any weather balloons. The object is oddly out of place and not in another photo taken seconds apart.

Recently an acquaintance of my daughter who drives for Purolator from Fort Frances to Dryden Ontario on Hwy. 502 has had some unusual sightings as well.  He describes what he is seeing as glowing plasma balls. He has seen them on a number of occasions. He sent my daughter a video but unfortunately these cell phone cameras do not perform all that well in low light conditions.  I will attempt to get the photo and video to you so you can have a look..
